About the Role
The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing patients, developing individualised rehabilitation plans, and delivering physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, functional independence, strength, balance, and speedy patient recovery. The role involves managing patients with neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, post-surgical, and chronic conditions, providing caregiver education, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes and support patient recovery in post-acute and long-term care settings.
